Located at the Scout Hall in Carey Bay, we offer the best of both worlds with indoor sessions in our spacious hall and outdoor sessions in our fully fenced, expansive outdoor area. Our 45-minute sessions are carefully crafted to provide a comprehensive workout, focusing on enhancing leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and overall fitness levels including endurance, balance and coordination.
While our activities incorporate elements reminiscent of sports, our emphasis lies in skill development rather than competitive gameplay, making it perfect for children who may not consider themselves sporty. Through our program, participants can expect a significant boost in self-esteem as they tackle challenges and cultivate valuable life skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.
