This is perfect for kids that are over 18 months, but under the age of 5! If you have kids that are younger or older than 5, please book the other experience option. This experience requires parent involvement!
Sound Healing is an ancient healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony.
During the session, you will be snuggled up with your child. It is entirely how you would like to receive the experience. Simply listen with eyes open or closed as Lisa plays a variety of instruments and bathe you in soothing sounds and vibrations
