Sound Healing is an ancient healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony.
During the session, you will be cuddled up with your bub or have bub in a pram. It is entirely how you would like to receive the experience. Simply listen with eyes open or closed as Lisa plays a variety of instruments and bathe you in soothing sounds and vibrations
