This 90 minutes session of easy high energy movement for toddlers and early primary aged children is broken down into 15 minute slots, so everyone can join in on the fun!
Our kids' workshop is designed to keep the little ones active, engaged, and smiling from ear to ear. Led by our enthusiastic and experienced instructors, this high-energy class will incorporate a variety of exercises and games that promote strength, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness.
