"Welcome to our Mind and Body Program! An easy, effective workout program for kids from 3-12 years old, so everyone can join in the fun.
By combining mindfulness and fitness, our program is designed to help children reach their full potential, both physically and intellectually. We use upbeat and fun music to get everyone excited and moving.
Our classes are done safely in the school hall, in preschools, and now we're offering classes in the Avoca Scout Hall too.
Our program includes breath work, themed physical activities (cheetah running, starfish jumping, monkey climbing ect), stretching and balancing exercises, yoga, meditation and a talks on nutrition, body image and other issues facing children today.
With the help of our program, your children will be able to gain the tools they need to succeed in the and out of the classroom.
